Ways to work together

Sessions are available virtually and (by request) in person in Boulder, Colorado. Choose the pace and container that fits.

Within (for individuals)

For people exploring shame, anger, expression, and authenticity. For those who care about how they show up — and want support without force or fixing.

We go at a pace that feels safe. We experiment gently, in ways you can pause or change at any time.

  • Focus: mindful attention to sensation/impulse; small experiments you can stop anytime.

Good for: boundaries that breathe, emotional range, relational ease.

Includes: Online or in person (by request).

    ($120-$240 sliding scale)

  • Orient, explore, integrate over 3–6 weeks ($350–$700 sliding).

  • I don’t view neurodivergence as something to fix, but as the expression of a highly sensitive, nonlinear nervous system moving through environments that often demand narrow forms of attention, timing, and cognition.

My work creates spaciousness to appreciate difference and to gently explore how normative environments have shaped lived experience. Rather than focusing on adaptation or correction, I orient toward a simple, guiding question:

What kind of environment does this nervous system need to feel safe, effective, and welcome?

When the environment shifts, the nervous system often does too.

Work (for executives & teams)

For leaders and teams who want to make clearer decisions, handle tension directly, and work in ways that are sustainable.

We slow things down enough to notice what’s actually happening in the room — in conversations, in bodies, in dynamics — so conflict becomes workable and decisions feel solid. Practical, grounded, and usable in real time.

  • Team & Facilitation Coaching

A supportive coaching container for leadership teams, facilitators, and cross-functional groups who want clearer decisions and cleaner conflict.

We slow things down just enough to notice what’s actually happening — in the conversation, in the group, and in each person — so decisions land with more steadiness and less friction.

We work directly with live dynamics: meetings that move too fast, decisions that stall, tension that everyone feels but no one names. Instead of pushing through, we pause, get curious, and try small shifts in real time. Teams learn how to recognize reactive patterns and move toward grounded, relational leadership.

    What’s included

    • Real-time coaching during meetings or structured simulations

    • Practical language for boundaries, repair, and renegotiation

    • Simple decision and feedback structures that reduce escalation

    • Neurodivergent-friendly design (clear agendas, shorter segments, explicit pacing)

    • Brief follow-up notes with 1–2 practices to apply immediately

    Good for
Decision bottlenecks, interpersonal friction, facilitation skill building, culture resets, and high-stakes moments.

Half-day, full-day, and ongoing engagements available. Pricing varies based on scope.

  • A focused workshop or immersive retreat designed for leadership teams navigating real complexity.

We work with three dimensions of listening: outward to stakeholders and market realities, inward to individual and collective signals, and forward to the decisions that shape direction. When leaders learn to track all three simultaneously, conversations sharpen, tension becomes usable, and strategy moves with less friction and more trust.

The work is practical and experiential. We combine disciplined attention with concrete leadership tools so teams can see, in real time, how their patterns affect alignment, pace, and decision quality. The tone is direct, grounded, and free of jargon.

    What leaders practice

    • A clear structure for outward, inward, and forward listening

    • Recognizing early signals of misalignment before escalation

    • A brief reset protocol for high-heat moments

    • Referencing internal data without destabilizing the room

    • Pacing decisions so they land cleanly and hold

    Format & delivery
Engagements range from focused 60-minute sessions to half-day intensives and multi-day offsite retreats. Retreat formats allow deeper pattern recognition, strategic clarity, and relational reset.

Available virtually or in person. Each engagement includes guided practice, clear language tools, and concise materials to support continued use beyond the session.

    Good for
Executive teams, founders, civic and product leaders, and facilitators working in high-stakes, fast-moving environments who want steadier alignment and more durable decisions.

  • A steady space for founders and senior leaders who carry real responsibility.

You are making decisions that affect people, direction, and culture. Often quickly. Often without certainty.

Our work brings clarity to those moments.

We slow things down just enough to see what’s influencing the decision — pressure, assumptions, unspoken tension, competing priorities — and then move forward in a way that feels clean.

Sessions are practical. We work with what is actually happening: board conversations, co-founder strain, hiring decisions, moments of doubt, places where authority tightens or diffuses. The focus is not on performance. It’s on alignment between what you sense, what you say, and what you decide.

    What this supports

    • Making consequential decisions with steadiness

    • Naming and addressing tension directly

    • Leading through growth without overextension

    • Holding authority without force

    • Staying connected to your own signal in fast environments

    What’s included

    • 60–90 minute sessions

    • Work with live leadership situations

    • Clear structure and pacing

    • Direct reflection on communication and stance

    • Optional brief written notes

    Good for
Leaders who want clarity without theatrics, and steadiness that others can trust.

Executive coaching is scoped individually to reflect depth, pace, and organizational context. Details are shared during the intro conversation.
