How we begin

We begin simply. No pressure. No long commitments. Just the next step.

Step 1 — Intro Call (30 minutes)

A brief conversation to explore what’s bringing you here and whether this work feels like a fit.

Step 2 — First Session

If it feels aligned, we schedule a full session and begin exploring what is happening in your system and what might support change.

Step 3 — Ongoing Work (if it feels right)

Some people meet occasionally, others weekly. The pace and structure emerge together.
