What it is
A real first session.
Not a sales call. Not a performance. A full session to experience the work directly.
Within Sessions
A quiet, consent-based space for a boundary, relationship, emotion, creative block, transition, or repeating pattern that wants attention.
We’ll slow down what is present now so you can listen more clearly, protect what matters, and move with more choice.

We begin with what you are carrying and what feels present now.
Body
We may track sensation, breath, posture, image, emotion, and impulse.
Choice
Every invitation is optional. Nothing has to be forced.
Integration
We notice what feels clearer and what may want attention next.
