What a Session Is Like
We begin simply.
You might share what’s been on your mind, or we might start with what’s happening right now. There’s no performance and no need to have it figured out.
At some point, we’ll slow down. Instead of talking about the issue, we’ll gently turn toward your direct experience — what you notice in your body, your breath, your impulses, your emotions. We don’t force anything. If something feels like too much, we pause.
I may offer small experiments — a shift in posture, a sentence spoken out loud, a question held quietly. They’re always optional. You can stop, adjust, or decline at any time.
Often, insight comes not from analyzing, but from noticing. A breath deepens. A tight place softens. A clear boundary becomes easier to name. We track those shifts and follow what brings more steadiness.
Sessions are structured but not rigid. There’s room for silence. There’s room for humor. There’s room for complexity.
We close by noticing what feels clearer and what wants attention next. If helpful, I’ll offer a simple practice to carry into the week.
The pace is collaborative. The work is relational. You remain in choice.
