Executive & leadership work
For founders, executives, and senior leaders.
Best when the moment is primarily yours to carry: a consequential decision, leadership transition, founder dynamic, authority question, conflict, or pressure point.
Boulder Soma
For leaders, teams, and individuals navigating pressure, transition, conflict, or repeating patterns. Boulder Soma helps you notice what is happening in your body, your relationships, and the room around you, so the next move becomes clearer, steadier, and better timed.
Start with the right conversation
You do not need to know the exact format before beginning. The first conversation helps clarify what is happening, whether Boulder Soma is a fit, and what kind of support makes sense.
Executive & leadership work
Best when the moment is primarily yours to carry: a consequential decision, leadership transition, founder dynamic, authority question, conflict, or pressure point.
Organization work
Best when the pattern lives between people, inside a room, or across a wider system: conflict, unclear ownership, decision churn, succession, transition, or change.
Deeper personal work
Best when the moment is personal, emotional, relational, embodied, or hard to name: boundaries, expression, shame, anger, grief, identity, and repeating patterns.
Shared method
Boulder Soma is Hakomi-informed and grounded in somatic mindfulness, consent, relational intelligence, and practical integration. The work stays close to what is real, then returns to a next step that can actually be lived.
Learn the approachA decision, conflict, boundary, transition, team pattern, relationship, emotion, or question that is asking for attention.
We slow down enough to notice body signals, assumptions, relational dynamics, power, timing, and the wider context shaping the moment.
The work returns to something livable: a conversation, boundary, repair, decision, experiment, practice, or clearer next step.
About the work
Boulder Soma is led by Michael Szymanski, a Hakomi-informed somatic coach, facilitator, educator, and entrepreneur. The work brings together somatic coaching, leadership experience, teaching, entrepreneurship, and careful attention to how people and rooms change.
